Super Easy Protein Pasta Salad
This recipe is S’More(ish)
Cook 1 package of IP Rotini
Cut 2cups of a combination of the following vegetables:
Celery
Cucumber
Red & yellow peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Green onion.
Any IP friendly salad dressing. Either your own or bottled.

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy this refreshing salad.
Here’s the bonus the rotini contains 20grms of protein & 9 grms fiber.

This recipe equals one Ideal Protein meal.
